DigiMarCon at Crown Sydney in August, ADMA Global Forum and the AMI Awards in September — the bookings that matter for the industry's spring calendar.
The Australian marketing industry's spring calendar is taking shape. DigiMarCon Australia, the digital marketing, media and advertising conference and exhibition, runs 12–13 August at Crown Sydney — its seventh annual edition and the winter's biggest general-admission marketing event.
September belongs to the institutions. The ADMA Global Forum lands Tuesday 8 September at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth — the association's flagship, and typically the room where data, privacy and regulation debates get aired ahead of policy moves. The AMI Marketing Excellence Awards Long Lunch follows on Friday 11 September.
For sponsors and exhibitors, the calendar concentration matters: three high-visibility industry moments inside five weeks, all in Sydney, all drawing overlapping senior audiences.
Why it matters for Australian marketers: event sponsorship inventory for the spring window is being priced and sold now. With ADMA's forum expected to focus heavily on privacy reform and AI governance — the two topics reshaping Australian marketing compliance — the smart briefs will be written before the panels, not after. SHWAY MEDIA will be covering the circuit; organisers and sponsors can reach the desk via the Submit a Story page.
